Bryan Adams

Bryan Adams is the CEO and founder of Ph.Creative, recognized as one of the leading employer brand agencies in the world. Ph. specializes in building world-class employer brand, EVP (employee value proposition) and talent engagement strategy for companies, including Apple, American Airlines, GVC and Blizzard Entertainment.

Bryan is considered a prominent employer brand thought leader, where his creative, unconventional and even controversial methodologies are said to regularly change the way people think about employer branding and EVP.

Bryan is a two-time best-selling author, as well as podcaster and specialist speaker. His presentation style is energetic, passionate, thought-provoking and interactive, so it’s always fun to hear from him and see him.

Hilary Aslaksen

Hilary Aslaksen is Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition for Danaher. In this role, Hilary leads Danaher’s ongoing efforts to optimize talent acquisition capabilities with the goal of cultivating and attracting the best talent in the market and creating a competitive advantage for Danaher and its operating companies. Hilary joined Danaher in 2017 and brings with her twenty years of progressive experience in talent acquisition. Likewise, more recently, she established and led Danaher’s Global Executive Talent Acquisition team.

Prior to joining Danaher, she was EVP of Talent Acquisition at Regions Financial, where she successfully built a centralized  in-house recruiting organization. Prior to Regions Financial, she spent several years establishing the Executive Talent Acquisition function for IBM.

Sunaina Lobo

As a Strategic People and HR leader, Sunaina Lobo [Suni] has a strong ability to translate HR/Talent strategy aligned to business strategy. She offers an excellent balance of strategic focus, along with operational delivery and superior business consultation and coaching skills, particularly in complex transformational scenarios. Suni has a keen eye for talent and is focused on developing HR and business leaders to achieve their highest potential.

Suni has held a number of senior HR and Business Leadership positions with SVB Financial Services, Cisco Systems, ANZ Bank and Standard Chartered Bank – in the US, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, London and China. Currently, she is the Chief People Officer at Navis, LLC.

Suni holds both Bachelor and Master Degrees in Accounting, as well as an Advanced Masters in Human Resources and is a certified coach. She is an accomplished speaker and published author.
