Ann Rhoades

Ann Rhoades is a dynamic and visionary Human Resources Executive with over 25 years experience in a variety of service-based industries, and is the PRES (Person Responsible for Extraordinary Service) of People Ink. As PRES and Founder of People Ink, Ann Rhoades provides the inspiration and strategic direction for creating values-centric cultures for their clients.

Ann has a respected reputation in the industry for her unique approach to creating customer-centric cultures and is a popular speaker on the subject of customer service and how to build strong high performance organizational cultures

Prior to founding People Ink, Ann served as the Chief People Officer of Southwest Airlines, Promus Hotel Company (Doubletree Hotel, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, and Hampton Inn brands), and Executive Vice President for JetBlue Airways.

Ann holds an MBA in Business Administration from The University of New Mexico.

Shannon Teixeira

Shannon Teixeira’s passion is realizing what’s possible while making work and the workplace more human. This mission has led to her being named by AZ -SHRM, as 2020 HR Professional in Excellence.

In her current role as Head of People at Waste Management, Shannon leads the employee development and its strategy execution for its $700M business segment. She is responsible for successfully designing and architecting a modern, people-first HR strategy, OD interventions, progressive talent programs, with systems enabled through a team of high-performing HR Business Partners to impact and drive organizational effectiveness.

Shannon considers herself agile and thrives in growing, evolving, creative and collaborative environments. She leads by being authentic, mentoring, learning and humor. She believes in giving back and serves as a Board Advisor to A-Z Biz Link, a Co-Founder for AZ Talent Cooperative and Board Member, United Way’s Women United.

Similar to her current role, Shannon has previously designed People strategies, as well as led turnarounds, integrations and transformation programs for various Fortune 500, Fortune 250 orgs and start-ups.

Shannon holds a BS, Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from University of Phoenix.

Kathi Winter

Kathi Winter’s passion is facilitating organizational health through a focus on the development and growth of people, processes and systems.  For 20+ years, Kathi has focused on differentiating cultures, enabling processes and support systems to create sustainable, thriving organizations and communities.

Kathi has had the privilege of working with leaders across the globe, as well as leading teams of profound thinkers and innovators in organizations, including Honeywell, CIT, LoanDepot, Nextiva and MetaBank.

Parlaying the exemplary people experiences from her many years in the private sector, she is now expanding her previous education (BA and M.Ed) with additional graduate level study in Educational Psychology. 

Her next chapter is set to reform the K-12 education system through establishing connectivity and accountability. Kathi is an advocate of a shared purpose model of academic and social/emotional excellence for everyone – from students, teachers and parents to the local communities.
