Natalie Dopp

Natalie Dopp is a people-focused and results-driven executive with over 20 years of HR experience. 

As the current Chief People Officer at Integrate, Natalie is responsible for building a global transformational talent agenda to align the Company’s strategic priorities with the necessary people capabilities to deliver on the company’s mission and business objectives. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and the Executive Leadership team, she is responsible for all facets of Human Resources including leading significant change initiatives impacting organization growth, strategy implementation and cultural transformation. Natalie has a deep focus on developing a memorable employee experience, driving scalability, accountability and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Integrate, Natalie served as CHRO at Vixxo, VP, Human Resources for LifeLock and at Childhelp, where she was responsible for providing overall strategic HR leadership for the non-profit organization with 550+ employees throughout six states. Natalie also served as VP, Human Resources for the billion dollar oil company, Giant Industries, Inc. Natalie is a member of numerous professional organizations including the National Society of Human Resource Management, Valley of the Sun Human Resources Association and WordatWork.

She holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and has been awarded the certifications, SPHR, CCP.

Jerome Ternynck

As CEO of SmartRecruiters, Jerome Ternynck is on a mission to connect people to jobs at scale and remove friction in the labor market, giving businesses access to the talent they need to succeed and helping people find a job they love.

He is an entrepreneur with his heart in recruiting and soul in technology, who currently serves as founder and CEO of Silicon Valley-based SmartRecruiters, a global talent acquisition suite.

Jerome has 30 years of experience building award-winning enterprise recruiting software, during which time he pioneered applicant tracking systems and achieved three successful exits. He is recognized as a thought leader in the industry and has been named a top HRTech influencer, year after year.

He is the author of the recently released, “Hiring Success: How Visionary CEOs compete for the best talent.” 

Jerome is a graduate of Universite Paris Dauphine.

Jason Ashlock

With 85,000+ employees and tens of thousands of customers, Kuehne + Nagel’s global network is responsible for bringing the world nearly every industrial and consumer product that keeps people working, eating, playing, buying, making and living. As Senior Vice President, Customer + Employee Experience, Jason Ashlock‘s role is to make sure the 85,000+ employees, who orchestrate this logistical magic are working in an environment that ignites their passions, celebrates their successes, illuminates their stories so they can create extraordinary experiences for the customers whose precious cargo Kuehne + Nagel carry.

To create a culture of caring, Jason uses tools sharpened as a partner in a global consulting firm, where he managed organizational transformation initiatives inside leading companies across various industries, non-profits, startups, and more. He deploys communications strategies shaped by his time as founder and principle of an intellectual property management firm, packaging stories for commercial markets. He leans heavily on research into behavioral economics, environmental psychology, Lean Startup, and narrative intelligence. He’s interested in how humans make decisions and form habits, how they make sense of those decisions in real-time and retrospect, and how leaders help guide and better those behaviors with authenticity.

Jason is a graduate of Harding University, majoring in English, along with a Graduate degree in English Literature from Fordham University.
