Joy Rothschild is a dynamic and accomplished human resources executive. With over 28 years of experience she has been a strategic business partner, change agent, and champion of initiatives that have directly impacted profitability, customer retention, and satisfaction.
In 2019, she celebrated 40 years with Omni Hotels & Resorts, and currently serves as chief human resources officer for the brand.
Joy is the creator and keeper of Omni’s culture. During her tenure, she developed six key cultural pillars that the company’s associates use and reference daily. Omni is a seven-time winner of Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work, and in 2019, Glassdoor recognized Omni as one of the Best Places to Work, further proving her dedication to company culture.
